If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\r\n<p>In order to qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\r\n<p>Several types of products are exempt from return. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.<\/p>\r\n<p>Additional non-returnable items:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\r\n<li>Downloadable software products<\/li>\r\n<li>Some health and personal care items<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\r\n<p>There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Books with obvious signs of use<\/li>\r\n<li>CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.<\/li>\r\n<li>Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\r\n<li>Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\r\n<p>If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late or missing refunds<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\r\n<p>Next, contact your credit card company &#8211; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\r\n<p>Next, contact your bank. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\r\n<p>If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver sent it to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>Return Shipping<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.<\/p>\r\n<p>You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
